We Are Green

100% green gas

In all of our housing, 100% of the gas is made from biomethane, a biological alternative to fossil fuels.

The materials are then transformed into a clean gas through a treatment and purification process, before being pumped into the gas grid, and making its way to your new flatshare!

100% renewable energy

We use 100% local and renewable energy sources across all of our flatshares.

Our Guarantee of Origin certifies that the renewable energy pumped into the national grid corresponds to the annual energy consumption of our tenants.

100 000 liters of water

All of our flatshares are equipped with innovative shower heads, reducing water consumption by 75%, all the while conserving the comfort of our tenants.

Thanks to these initiatives, True Immo has managed to save 100,000 liters of water each year!

Energy saving light bulbs

100% of our E14 and E27 light bulbs (the most common) are now LEDs reducing light bulb wastage by 98%, as LED bulbs last 40 times longer.

This investment has also lowered the light energy consumption of our tenants by 83%!

An end to CO2 emissions

We decorate, furnish and equip all of the living spaces beforehand.

Thus, eradicaticating any need for removal vans, or many trips to and from destinations — saving nearly 5 tons of CO2 emissions, as well as dozens of thrown out furniture.

We have adopted digitalasation in our operations and are 90% paperless as compared to our competitors

Join us

Property Manager

We are looking for an efficient property manager to manage the daily operations of properties, advertise vacant properties, and handle tenant relations.

Primary Responsibilities:
Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and referrals.
Interviewing tenants and running credit checks.
Enforcing lease agreements.
Assist in Check-in and Check-out
Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.

Qualification & Experience:
Fluent in both English & French. Hindi will be an added advantage
Knowledge of French property market. Experience is an added plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
